The Art of Macaroons from Around the World
Parisian Macarons, Italian Amaretti and Coconut Macaroons are all related; their origins can be traced back to the 1300's and Marzipan.  All delicious and slightly different from one another, but all 100% gluten free.  Made up

Fabulous Fantastic Ferments - the Healthier Canning Alternative
Have you been inspired to learn how to make naturally fermented food, but just don’t know where to start? This is a hands-on class that will teach the why’s and how’s of this ancient food preservation technique. Learn the health benefits of lacto-fermentation as well as the differences between canning and fermentation. Together, we will make fresh salsa and sumptuous sauerkraut. In addition, this class will teach how to make kombucha and water kefir, both bubbly drinks that contain beneficial probiotics and amino acids.
