This interactive dinner event will transport you to the small Mediterranean island of Sardinia with its diverse culture and cuisine.  It is home to one of the world’s Blue Zones where there is a high concentration of centenarians…food, lifestyle, family, movement all contribute to this designation.  Come discover some of the culinary delights offered by this unspoiled land.  Learn to make Culurgiones (Sardinian ravioli), Fish with Vernaccia, Agnello coi Carciofi (lamb with artichoke), and the famous Seadas (Cheese and Honey Pastries).
