Here's a great way to wrap-up Octoberfest month!  Working hands-on with a professional chef, you will have the opportunity to prepare a traditional German meal with all the trimmings.  The menu includes:  Classic Schnitzel with sauce, Beef Rouladen, Red Cabbage, Hand-made Spaetzle, Pulled Apple Strudel with Bavarian cream for dessert.  We will pair a German wine with the meal and of course beer is also an option.
