Certified Food Handler Training




All food handling establishments with five or fewer employees are required to have at least one staff person who has successfully completed the Certified Food Handler Training course. We offer a six-hour session which includes:

  • review of the 11 essential units
  • practice tests
  • exam

A companion booklet to follow along with the instructor is also available for purchase from the instructor on the day of the class.  Cost is $20.
