Description
All food handling establishments with five or fewer employees are required to have at least one staff person who has successfully completed the Province of Manitoba training course. We offer a full day session which includes: review of the 11 essential units, practice tests and exam and lunch. This is a great course for home makers as well as those employed in the food industry at all levels.
