Cooking and Baking Sessions: Are you raising a budding Chef or does your child love to be in the kitchen? Do we have a camp for you!
This year, respecting provincial health guidelines, we are offering two week-long, half-day camp sessions your little chefs who want to be challenged in the kitchen. Camp sessions will take a fun-filled approach and will include the following basic skills for living: how to plan, prepare and handle food safely, kitchen courtesy and safety rules, table manners, menu planning and more. We’ll end off the week with a food challenge.

Teens Only Baking Session: In a fun, low teacher-student ratio and creative environment your avid baker will explore the world of baking as a fine art form. We will prepare and create dough for different applications (breads, sweet and savory dough and pastry), learn to make mouth-watering fillings and toppings, use a variety of techniques (baking, boiling, brulee, stove-top cooking, etc) and explore the art of presentation.
