2024 Summer Cooking Camp for Kids

Cooking sessions:

Are you raising a budding Chef or does your child love to be in the kitchen? Do we have a camp for you!

This year we are offering three camp sessions for your little chefs who want to be challenged in the kitchen. Camp sessions will take a fun-filled approach and will include the following basic skills for living: how to plan, prepare and pack safe lunches for school, kitchen courtesy and safety rules, table manners and more. We’ll end off the week with a meal challenge.

Dates:
S01 July 8 – 12 , 2024
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Cost: $300 + GST = $315.00 per child

S02 July 22 to 26, 2024 – Teens Only
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Cost: $300 + GST = $315.00 per child
or
S03 August 19 to 23, 2024
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Cost: $300 + GST = $315 per child

Teens Only Baking Session:
In a fun, low teacher-student ratio and creative environment your avid baker will explore the world of baking as a fine art form. We will prepare and create dough for different applications (breads, sweet and savory dough and pastry), learn to make mouth-watering fillings and toppings, use a variety of techniques (baking, boiling, brulee, stove-top cooking, etc) and explore the art of presentation.

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Cost: $250 + GST = $262.50 per child
