Let the BBQ season begin! Add some great new recipes and techniques to your repetoire. Learn to cut down whole pieces of meat and save money on your BBQ costs throughout the year. We’ll make a complete meal on the outdoor grill from appetizers, salad, sides, main course and dessert.
We’ll also look at the differences in cooking techniques and results from a charcoal and a gas BBQ.
