Who doesn’t love Italian sausages just roasted off the barbecue? While there are good quality products available on the grocery shelf, you can never beat the quality and economics of making your own. Under the expert guidance of an experienced sausage maker, learn about the importance of quality ingredients, mixing, forming and storage. A meat grinder/stuffer is desirable for this class. An optional Class Kit is available with this class which will include all the required ingredients and supplies) If picking up your own supplies, a Supplies and Ingredients List will be provided to you two days prior to the class date.
