Dining Around the World Series – Fall in Tuscany




Fall is the season of color, harvest and warm sweaters!  Even in Tuscany, the wool blankets are brought and fire places are lit.  This interactive dinner event will transport you to the rolling hills of Tuscany as we enjoy Fall’s fresh bounty. Learn to make Mushroom Salad with Parm and Arugula, Ribollita Soup, Mushroom Penne, and Beef Tenderloin.  You will want to book your actual trip to that beautiful region soon after the class! A specially sampling of wine is included.
