During this Eat Your Greens class health coach Ashley Pharazyn is going to share why these greens are oh so good for your body, and how to use them in your kitchen. Think delicious salads, nutrient-packed dips and creamy pesto. Step aside iceberg lettuce, make room for kale and chard.
