Join Health Coach and Traditional Wisdom Modern Kitchen certified teacher, Ashley Pharazyn, for a hands-on class covering how to make water kefir, vegan kimchi and beet sauerkraut.  All three of these foods are filled with a wide range of probiotics that help improve digestion and strengthen the immune system. This “make and take” class includes all jars, cultures and veggies.  Please bring a box to take everything home.
