Description
With expert guidance from Winnipeg Bread’s Jared Ozuk, learn to bake a golden brown loaf of soft Challah bread. Challah is a special bread of Ashkenazi Jewish origin, usually braided, using a rich egg dough. Learn about the mixing and resting techniques, topping options and practise braiding to ensure the final product is as beautiful as it is delicious. Using the same dough, we will also make some delicious garlic knots to sample during class.
