Description
The origin of Parisian Macarons can be traced back to the 1300’s and Marzipan. Consisting of ground almonds, sugar and egg whites, these bite-sized, 100% gluten-free treats have become very popular and easy enough to make in your own home. This class will teach you how to prepare the mixture, flavour, pipe, bake and layer up these sweets. All ingredients, equipment, aprons and packaging will be provided. Each student will go home with a sampling of the items made.
