We are passionate about bread and eating well. This class will take some of the mystery out of making great tasting bread that looks beautiful too! We’ll make focaccia, a braided loaf, baguettes and a gluten-free seed and nut loaf. We’ll explore the use of different flours, gluten development and practice shaping techniques. You’ll be making these at home on a regular basis!
