Dining Around the World – Fall in Tuscany
The Fall season brings with it an abundance of produce, canning activities and time out in the forests to forage for mushrooms! As we anticipate the cooler weather ahead, we will immerse ourselves in the cuisine of Tuscany during this change of seasons. This interactive dinner event will feature mushrooms and soul warming soup. Learn to make the traditional Zuppa Ribolitta, hand-rolled Pappardelle alla Boscaiola, Pollo alla Cacciatore and a decadent Apple Crostata. You will want to book your actual trip to that beautiful region soon after the class! A specially paired sampling of wine is included.
