Spring is the season of rebirth, freshness and new beginnings. As we anticipate warmer weather and the changing of the seasons, we will step back to Tuscany as it emerges from its sleep. This interactive dinner event will transport you to the rolling hills of Tuscany. Learn to make Spinaci Saltati (sauteed spinach), fresh homemade pasta, Spezzatino con Patate (Stewed Beef with Potatoes) and Zabaione. You will want to book your actual trip to that beautiful region soon after the class! A specially paired sampling of wine is included.
