Be Well, Eat Well series – Foods For Glowing Skin and More!




What you eat today, becomes your skin in 30 days – you literally are what you eat. While caring for your skin externally is important, what really creates glowing skin is what and how you eat.

During this class, you will learn about all of the foods that help you glow from the inside out.  We will also talk about what foods help support the hormone system which is what helps us feel our best.

Join Health Coach Ashley Pharazyn for this hands-on class where you will learn what to add to your daily diet to help your skin stay strong and radiant and balance your hormones.  From juices to dinners and everything in between, you will leave knowing what to add in to your diet and what to cut out to have radiant glowing skin.This class has been designed to inspire the use of food as medicine, while creating a solid foundation for your health.  Yes, we will make a variety of foods and enjoy them in class!
