Now that we are in the season of fall, our bodies are craving warm comfort food. During this hands-on cooking class health coach Ashley Pharazyn is going to share how you can create delicious vegetarian and vegan food. We all know we need to eat the rainbow daily and these recipes are going to help add variety and fibre to your diet. Meat, dairy and eggs you’re out. Veggies, whole grains and beans you’re in.
The handouts included in this class will be a reminder of meat-free proteins that can be added to meals and recipes from the class.
