In this hands-on class with Chef Nitin, you will learn how to prepare three different traditional street food dishes using fresh, exotic ingredients, and authentic cooking techniques.

You will begin by learning how to make Punjabi style Paneer Bhurji, a high protein scrambled paneer cooked with tomatoes and onion. Then, you will make a traditional Mumbai style Pav Bhaji – a spicy curry of mixed vegetables cooked in a blend of spices and served with soft buttered bread. Then you will make another high-protein Northern India specialty Malai Soya Chaap, a soybean-based dish with much flavour from yogurt, cashews, fresh herbs and spices. Lastly, you’ll concoct a refreshing Mango Shake for a refreshing, creamy drink to cool off your palate. Join us for this flavour explosion!
