Pumpkins tend to be abundant and you can use them to make more than pumpkin pie. You will learn how to preserve and can a delicious and creamy pumpkin curry sauce; all you’ll need to add later on is coconut milk and dinner is served.
As evenings get cooler there could still be green tomatoes on the vines that can be used to make a green tomato chutney. It is great for any antipasto platter. And who doesn’t love a fruity tomato salsa? This little number will use up the rest of the fresh and juicy tomatoes from the garden or grocery store.
