This interactive class will allow you to get creative with some tasty gourmet appetizers served alongside perfectly paired wines. Elevate your appetizer game and shine with professional guidance while becoming more confident pairing wine with food. In a fun and relaxed atmosphere, the Instructor, Robyn Schindel, ISG level II, will take you on a virtual vineyard tour, learning how grapes are grown, how wine is made, a palate analysis, exploration of our taste buds and proper wine tasting techniques. We will follow the “Bix Six” format, sampling 6 wines with assorted food components. Spring-inspired appetizers will be made and served.
