Spring is the season of rebirth, freshness and new beginnings. As we anticipate warmer weather and the changing of the seasons, we will step into the island of Sardinia as it emerges from its sleep. This interactive dinner event will transport you to the small Mediterranean island with its diverse culture and cuisine. Learn to make Culurgiones (Sardinian ravioli), Fish with Vernaccia, Agnello coi Carciofi (lamb with artichoke), and the famous Seadas (Cheese and Honey Pastries). You will want to book your actual trip to this beautiful island soon after the class! A specially paired sampling of wine is included.
