In this hands-on class with Chef Nitin, you will learn how to prepare three different traditional street food dishes using fresh, exotic ingredients, and authentic cooking techniques.
In this class we will explore easy snack dishes from different parts of India. We will begin by learning how to make Chili Paneer, an Indo-china -inspired dish with crispy paneer and fresh vegetables tossed in a spicy sauce. From the South, Chicken 65 will delight with its tasty flavours and ease of preparation. Then off to the Punjab for an amazingly delectable Creamy Chicken made in a white gravy and loved by all. Lastly, we’ll concoct a soothing drink to cool off your palate. Join us for this flavour explosion!
