This course demystifies the cooking process and sets you on the path toward confidence and more creativity in the kitchen.  Come learn how to assess the flavors, aromas, and textures of your ingredients, as you develop an understanding of fundamental cooking methods and how to choose the ones that will make your ingredients sing.  You’ll return home with newfound knowledge and confidence, along with easy-to-prepare recipes to make in your kitchen. Themes of the class vary and will reflect the participants’ interests. Receive a further discount when you turn this into a 5-class series by taking the After Dinner Desserts class as well.  Bring your own knives.  **
